For orders under €75:
Netherlands: €4.95
EU: €12.95
International: €19.95
3. Can I return my order?
Since our items are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns unless your item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos if there’s an issue.
4. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! Please send us an email within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll send you a free replacement right away.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Didn't get one? Check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.
6. Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from several locations worldwide (e.g. Europe, the US, or Asia), depending on the fastest and most efficient option.
7. Are your products sustainable?
Yes! We use print-on-demand suppliers, which means products are only made after an order is placed—reducing waste and overproduction.
8. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! You can mark your order as a gift and add a personal note. We’ll make sure it’s lovingly wrapped (if available).
